Jonathan Coleman graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Community and Economic Development and is a South Carolina Certified Economic Developer. He is a member of the South Carolina Economic Developer’s Association and the Southern Economic Development Council. Coleman has over ten years of experience in the Upstate South Carolina economic development arena. A Laurens County native, Jonathan, wife Hannah, and two sons, Wright and Web reside in Laurens.

Lynn Finley Lynn Finley, Assistant Director E-Mail Lynn (

Lynn Finley serves as the Assistant Director and is also responsible for managing financial and office operations. Finley joined the LCDC in 2014 after 21 years in the banking industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Clemson University, completed the South Carolina Bankers School at the University of South Carolina, the Basic Economic Development Course at the Georgia Institute of Technology, and is a graduate of the South Carolina Economic Development Institute. Finley is a member of the South Carolina Economic Developer’s Association. A native of Laurens County, Lynn, her husband, Frank, and their daughter, Hannah, reside in Laurens.

Becca Sturgeon serves as the Marketing Manager. In her role, she creates and manages the production of marketing materials as well as managing the research operations of the LCDC. Becca graduated Cum Laude in 2016 with a B.S. in Retail Management from the University of South Carolina. She has previously served as a Marketing Intern for Main Street Laurens. A native of Laurens County, Becca resides in Laurens with her family.

Graduate of Presbyterian College (BS) and University of South Carolina School of Law. Admitted to practice 1973. President of South Carolina Association of County Attorneys; Chairman of SC Bar Association Government Law Section. Laurens County Attorney since 1993. Special Counsel to LCDC since 2006. Native of Laurens County. Wife, Rhonda and three children, Alex, Michael and Catherine. Two grandchildren, Brendan and Bryson.
